We’re a small, founder-led business based in Airlie Beach, Queensland, Australia (ABN 88 139 343), serving customers in Australia, the United States, and other supported regions.

  • If your payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel your order.

In the rare case of a pricing or typographical error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, even after order confirmation.

You have a 2‑hour window after placing an order to request changes or cancellation by emailing support@shopakaricollective.com. After that, orders enter processing and cannot be changed.
