Where We Ship
We currently ship to:
• All 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii
• All Australian states and territories
We do not ship to:
• U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
• APO/FPO addresses
• Countries outside our supported zones (you’ll be notified at checkout if your address is unavailable)

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Australian and U.S. public holidays).
You’ll receive:
- An order confirmation immediately after purchase
- A shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves the warehouse
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times
Because we work with a curated network of suppliers — some based in the U.S., some in Australia, and some international — delivery times vary by product.
Estimated delivery windows after processing:
• Wellness & Recovery items (U.S.-based supplier): 3–7 business days
• Companion & Lifestyle items (international supplier): 7–15 business days
• Australian-sourced items: 3–10 business days
• Bundles containing items from multiple suppliers may arrive in separate shipments
Estimated total time from order to delivery:
4–18 business days, depending on product type and destination.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, and peak retail periods may extend delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

Customs, Duties & Taxes
United States:
Most U.S. orders do not incur additional duties or import taxes.
If customs fees do occur, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
Australia:
Australian orders include GST where applicable.
International shipments entering Australia may be subject to customs inspection.
Akari Collective cannot control or predict customs charges.

Delays
The following may cause delays outside our control:
• Carrier or postal disruptions
• Severe weather or natural events
• Customs inspections
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost in transit:
If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us and we’ll open an investigation.
Marked delivered but missing:
Check with neighbours, building managers, safe-drop areas, and household members.
If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
Akari Collective is not liable for packages confirmed delivered to the correct address.
Damaged on arrival:
Email support@shopakaricollective.com within 48 hours with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damage (including packaging)
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your address at checkout.
We cannot redirect packages once shipped.

Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address may incur a re‑shipping fee.
