Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Most orders arrive within 7–21 business days. During peak periods, please allow a little extra time.
Akari Collective curates products from a carefully selected network of global suppliers. As a result, items in your order may ship separately and arrive at different times. Each parcel will carry its own tracking information so you always know where everything is.
We currently ship within Australia & the United States. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@shopakaricollective.com with your order number.
We're so sorry if this happens. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.
At this stage we do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.
